JEFF JACOBS

CEO / Co-Founder

 

Jeff M. Jacobs is Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Stradis Healthcare, bringing more than fifteen years of experience in the medical device and contract manufacturing industry to our expertise. Mr. Jacobs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in Public Relations, and served in numerous sales and marketing roles within the Stradis organization before his tenure as CEO. He is a partner in Crofton Capital, a Nashville-based, Venture Capital firm specializing in early-stage capital for the healthcare sector. Jeff is a current board member of Inova Payroll and The Nashville Zoo, and has served as a board member for numerous non-profit organizations during his career.

ADAM SOKOL

President / Co-Founder

 

Adam H. Sokol is President and a Co-Founder of Stradis Healthcare. For more than 15 years he has served in a multitude of roles within Stradis including business development and marketing with a focus on National Accounts. Prior to Stradis, Mr. Sokol held several key brand management positions including marketing manager for Turner Broadcasting Systems in the Turner Home Entertainment Division, where he worked on development and execution of major sports products/videos. Mr. Sokol earned a degree in Business from the University of Alabama and continues to be a devoted fan of their athletics program.

DAVID LANDRY

Chief Sales Officer / Co-Founder

 

David Landry has been with Stradis Healthcare since 1998 and has more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Mr. Landry started as a Regional Sales Manager and since then has held various sales management positions within the company. He began his professional sales career at Bausch and Lomb, working as a Field Sales Trainer and Divisional Manager. Mr. Landry graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

JOE TRZNADEL

Chief Operating Officer

 

Joe Trznadel is Chief Operating Officer of Stradis Healthcare. Mr. Trznadel has an extensive background in global manufacturing operations and new product development for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Stradis via our Medikmark product division, Mr. Trznadel held senior leadership positions with Baxter Healthcare, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Walgreens. Joe earned a BS in Engineering and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Practical Process Improvements, and Project Management Principles with credentials from Baxter Healthcare and Thermo Fisher Scientific, and has a special focus on leveraging regulatory compliance to enhance patient outcomes.

CHRIS DOBBINS

Vice President of Finance

 

Chris Dobbins is Vice President of Finance at Stradis Healthcare. With more than 18 years of experience in finance and several years in manufacturing, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to his position at Stradis. Chris has been instrumental in setting up a variety of financial programs and processes for several business units and has helped shaped the way these companies handle their financial needs. He has been a part of several mergers and understands the needs of a growing business. Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Demand-Driven Planner, and is a member of both the Institute of Management Accountant and International Supply Chain Education Alliance. He is active within the local community and helps support several non-profit organizations.

PATRICK R. WALKER

Vice President of Operations/Atlanta

 

With more than 25 years of manufacturing and leadership experience, Patrick Walker is an expert in medical products, sterilization, product validation and supply chain strategy. Before joining Stradis Healthcare, Mr. Walker was a part of the management team at Sterigenics, Inc. where he directly oversaw the delivery and distribution of sterilized medical devices and ensured that regulatory compliance and standards were met in compliance with FDA and ISO 13485. He received degrees from Edward Waters College and the University of Phoenix and has certifications in Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Total Quality Management (TQM), SAP, Project Management – Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Mr. Walker has achieved outstanding personal and team results both in and out of his professional life. He is an active community leader who has a passion for coaching others to reach their highest potential.

LISA SIMOS

Director Sales and Client Services

 

Lisa Simos is Senior Manager of Sales and Client Services at Stradis Healthcare. Ms. Simos’ more than twenty years of business solutions, relationship management and sales experience make her a critical resource to our clients. She has worked in a wide variety of roles at Fortune 50 Healthcare companies including Walgreens and CVS. With a focus on leading and strengthening customer-centered initiatives, Lisa ensures that we consistently deliver world-class customer service at every touch point.

ANA GRATIE

Director of Operations/Chicago

 

Ana Gratie is Director of Operations at Stradis Healthcare Waukegan location. Ana has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in both commercial and R&D operations. She held increasing responsibility in the implementation of pharmaceutical and medical device processes, development and management of Quality Systems, regulatory compliance, process improvement and cost control. Ana brings a wealth of knowledge in overall quality and operational manufacturing processes, validation, product development, and supply chain. Prior to joining Stradis, Ana held leadership positions with Takeda Pharmaceuticals,Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cardinal Health and Sunstar Americas. Ana earned a MS in Chemical Processing Engineering from Bucharest Polytechnic Institute. She is certified in Practical Process Improvements, Project Management Principals, and ISO Lead auditing. Ana’s demonstrated strength in developing, implementing and maintaining operational systems focusing on maximizing quality and expanding capacity. Ana’s continuous focus is to lead her team to produce products that exceed customer expectations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
